Helicopter Booking's Terms and Conditions !

Dear consumers, we have shared some terms and conditions related to online booking, travel route guides, payment modes, and more details. So, before or after booking your heli tickets, you should consider all of the points listed below. If you want to know more, you should contact us via phone or mail.   • Online helicopter booking is open for Kedarnath Dham, Char Dham Yatra, Badrinath, Vaishno Devi, Amarnath, and more
  • Check Dham Yatra packages before booking
  • We will provide confirmed tickets only
  • You can change the date of your tickets without any extra charges(within 7 days)
  • The passenger should not carry luggage weighing more than 5 kg. The excess volume of luggage would not be allowed in the helicopter
  • Every child over 3 age has a full ticket
  • All the temples are located at high altitudes so we will arrange medical kits for them
  • Do not confuse reporting time with departure time. Reporting is 1 hour before than departure time
  • The minimum waiting for the passenger would be 2-3 hours and depending on weather condition
  • Any extra night's stay due to bad weather will be borne by the client itself
  • Our services reserve the right to postpone the timing of flying due to bad weather
  • Handicapped and senior citizens would be given preferences
  • While traveling in helicopter passengers are responsible for their luggage
  • Maximum 06-12 Passengers will be allowed in a Helicopter
  • Total passenger weight will not be in the excess of 300-400 Kg
  • Price is subject to change without prior notice please confirm in advance
  • State & Centre government taxes are applicable
  • Passenger Over-weight charges will be levied beyond 90 Kgs of weight subject to the company not losing a seat in the trip
  • You need to provide us with a copy of the bank deposit slip once you deposit the amount
  • Cancellation can also be due to weather, a technical snag in the helicopter, or any unforeseen circumstances, the company will refund the full amount and will not be responsible for the management of seats
  • Weather plays a pivotal role in these areas of operation, in case of flights not taking place due to bad weather, or any other reasons beyond our control tickets will be refunded through the proper channel(bank transfer), refunds can take a few days depending on the ground situations
  • The refund amount will be deposited in 7-15 business days
  • We have only its website for booking helicopter tickets for all religious places

Reservations & Payments

A final deposit of 100% of the tour cost is required to secure your reservation. A deposit of payment as per your selected tour is required before the commencement of the tour or as agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour. Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone, and Internet usage, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fees at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs, or any other expenses that are not specified. Other fees may be imposed by airlines, which are the passenger’s responsibility.

Cancellation Fees

Before 30 days: 10% | Before 29-22 days: 25% | Before 21-16 days: 60% | Before 15-19 days: 100% of total tour cost

Note: An exact schedule can be provided before the day of departure. In the event of permission clearance or technical or operational problems, tickets may be canceled without prior notice. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR FLIGHT ON A LATER OR SOONER DATE OR TIME. The totality of third-party services is determined by their operational constraints and prior loads. WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE A FULL REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION FOR ANY UNFORESEEN REASON. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR COMPLAINT RAISED AGAINST ANY FLYING PROBLEM. WITHOUT GIVING ASSURANCES ABOUT THIRD-PARTY (AVIATION) SERVICES, WE CAN ONLY ASSIST YOU WITH BETTER AND MORE CONVENIENT FLYING.

If the company needs to replace the booking terms with other existing terms, you will be notified via email or SMS.
